Consecutive System Testing

As regulations mount and small cities have difficulty managing their own drinking water plant, many cities are turning to buying their water from a larger municipality. This larger municipality can more efficiently treat bulk amounts of water and in return, sell the water to smaller municipalities. The water the smaller municipality is buying should meet the standards of the regulatory body of that region of the world. The same goes for the water provided by the larger municipality. Testing the water at these transition points in the distribution system is a good idea from both sides.
